Managing Director of the European EdTech Alliance and the EdSAFE AI Alliance. She currently serves on the Digitisation Council of the state of Berlin in Germany, is chair of the advisory board of Kids.Digilab.Berlin, and serves on the international advisory boards of both CoSN and ISTE.
Emilia Kruszewska
Emilia is the founder of RecruitHer, a specialised recruitment consultancy dedicated to building diverse teams that create transformative EdTech products. Emilia is actively bridging the gender gap by championing edu-savvy women who bring deep sector knowledge and can make an impact from day one. She helps EdTech companies build teams that reflect the diversity of education’s end-users (students and teachers) to achieve genuine pedagogical impact with their products.
