Jannie Jeppesen
CEO of Swedish Edtech Industry. Jannie has extensive experience in digital competence, pedagogy, and management, both as an educator, as head of professional development and as principal. She has been an appointed commissioner to the Swedish Government’s strategic cooperation program on Competencies and lifelong learning and Advisory Boards for The Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education and the National Agency for Employment and is now Chairing the International Advisory Board for the School of Education at the University of Iceland..

Tobias Himmerich
Tobias is a Cofounder and CEO of EDUvation – the leading service agency for EdTech StartUps in Germany. He studied economics, political science and received an MBA in M&A. He founded an Edu-StartUp and has been active in the German EdTech scene for almost 10 years bringing startups together with public and private initiatives supporting innovation.

Flora Retfalvi
With an Education manager and PhD in political science and institutional communication background, Flora Retfalvi has worked in the Obama campaign, at the European Parliament and as an assistant professor at the LUISS University in Rome.
She is currently the scientific Vice President of TechEd Hungary, a fellow researcher of the Learning Institute of Mathias Corvinus Collegium, one of the biggest Hungarian education think tanks. and has her own company KidSpirit helping children with special educational needs.

Alicia Berlanga
Since 1997, Alicia has been a driving force in European Commission programmes focused on education, including Leonardo, Socrates, eLearning, Tempus and Erasmus+. In her role as project leader and evaluator, she has led many significant contributions to the field.
From 2005 to 2017, she served as Project Coordinator at the UNESCO Chair of Higher Education Management (UPC-BarcelonaTech), where she managed impactful projects across 10 countries that focused on eLearning, quality, and strategy in university management. Alicia has also worked as Product Manager at Linkia FP, the first association of official online professional education schools in Spain, offering technical degrees in Informatics, Healthcare, Business Management, Tourism, and more, with over 3,000 students.
She currently manages the Edutech Cluster, the Spanish EdTech association, further solidifying her commitment to advancing education through technology.

Yuliana Topazly
Yuliana is an Associate Professor of Enterprise and Innovation, Business Mentor, and Award-Winning Social Entrepreneur.
She has been widely celebrated for her leadership, being named one of the Top 100 Most Inspiring Mentors in the UK (2016), winning the Croydon Business Awards twice (2013, 2017) for Commitment to the Community and Women in Business, and featuring in the WISE 2020 List: 100 Social Enterprise Leaders Showing COVID Who is the Boss!. Most recently, Yuliana was awarded an MBE for Services to Business and Female Entrepreneurship. Currently, she serves as Associate Professor of Enterprise and Innovation at the University of East London, Programme Adviser at the University of the Bahamas, and Director of the Strategic Planning Team at DOHE Europe. She also contributes to the sector through her role on the techUK EdTech Council and as an advisory board member for GETN. Passionate about education, female, migrant, and social entrepreneurship, she now leads on developing Global EdTech ecosystems, working to minimise barriers and maximise opportunities for EdTech entrepreneurs around the world.

Jitske Von Os
Jitske van Os is Managing Director of the Dutch EdTech Foundation, where she leads the national EdTech community and supports entrepreneurs in growing and scaling (inter)nationally. With over a decade of experience in ecosystem development, public-private collaboration, and strategic project management, she has worked with more than 500 startups and scaleups to accelerate innovation. Before joining Dutch EdTech, she held leadership roles at Techleap.nl, StartupDelta, and Tech Tour, designing international growth programs and building bridges between founders, investors, and policymakers. Passionate about connecting people and creating opportunities, Jitske works at the intersection of education, technology, and entrepreneurship to strengthen Europe’s capacity to learn, innovate, and stay competitive.

Agnė Liubertaitė-Amšiejė
Dr. Agnė Liubertaitė-Amšiejė is the Executive Director of Vilnius Private Gymnasium and a Board Member of EdTech Lithuania. With over 18 years of experience in education, she leads one of the most innovative K–12 institutions in the region, integrating AI-powered learning, IB, and Cambridge programs. In her school, Agnė introduced Lithuania’s first model of a fully online non-state school, pioneering accessible and high-quality remote education. She also serves as the President of the Social and Emotional Learning Association and as a member of the Council of Non-State Educational Institutions. These roles allow her to view educational innovation through an interdisciplinary and holistic lens—where technology, human development, and emotional intelligence meet to shape the future of learning.

Felix López Capel
Félix López Capel is co-founder and director of SEK Lab Edtech Accelerator, the first vertical accelerator in Edtech in Spain, being the Open Innovation area of SEK Education Group, an educational group with 130 years of innovative experience covering all stages of education. Since 2015, SEK Lab has accelerated 100 startups with a survival rate of 70%. These include Innovamat, Smile and Learn, Neuromindset, Bodyplanet, Singularity Experts, and Unigow, among others. SEK Lab has a network of 60 mentors, 300 investors, global partners such as AWS, Itera, and ICEX, and alliances with top international accelerators in the US, Mexico, Finland, the UK, Italy, and Israel. Félix has been an active part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem since his time at Xing.com, then Affirma Business Centers and AJE Madrid in 2011, where he was responsible for launching its headquarters, garAJE, which helped more than 1,000 entrepreneurs a year. Since then, he has been teaching entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship in schools, universities, and companies. Passion for mentoring, more than 100 startups YTD. Before entering the entrepreneurial ecosystem, he worked at two business schools as head of studies and marketing professor, at Xerox in business development, and at Regus as a corporate account manager.

Iris Gisladottir
Co-Founder and CEO of Evolytes, an EdTech company reimagining how children learn mathematics by blending psychology, pedagogy, and game design. Her background in creative studies, business, and community building has shaped a people-centered approach to innovation, where joy and learning go hand in hand. Currently serves as Chair of the Icelandic EdTech Industry, Chair of the Board of the Educational Content Innovation Fund, and as a Board Member of the Innovation Center for Education at the University of Iceland. Across these roles, she work to make education more inclusive, engaging, and future-ready. She lead the national initiatives in Iceland and pilot programs in India and Latin America, and is deeply committed to making learning accessible and meaningful for every child. She believes technology should amplify human potential and that joyful learning is the most powerful driver of lasting change.

Nataliya Limonova
A visionary EdTech innovator, accomplished entrepreneur, and seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in management and business development. As the Founder of Global Innovative Online School (GIOS), Chair of the Board of EdTech Ukraine, and Board member of STEM Coalition of Ukraine, she is at the forefront of transforming education through technology, focusing on making modern, engaging, and accessible learning solutions available to all children and adults, particularly in challenging environments. Nataliia holds an MBA from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and a Master's degree in Mathematics from Kyiv State Shevchenko University. Her impactful work has been recognized with numerous awards, including "Woman of Ukraine 2019", "Inspirational Woman STEM – 2018," "TOP-30 impactful Women - 2021", solidifying her reputation as a powerful advocate for educational advancement and women in STEM.

Thomas Van Cauwenberghe
Thomas is a dynamic opinion leader in the field of educational technology, currently serving as the Station Chief of edtechstation, the Belgian EdTech hub.
With the <edtech/station> team, he has rapidly gathered almost half of the 400 companies active in the Belgian EdTech market into a thriving ecosystem.
Based on his international economics and marketing background, Thomas has developed a strong commitment to innovation and development over the years. He has been instrumental in bringing together businesses, researchers, schools, and L&D departments to collaborate on new educational technologies.
