Technology Readiness Council

The Technology Readiness Council (TRC) is a Belgium based non profit and a global network of international school technologists focused on helping schools become genuinely future ready. We support schools to align learning, leadership, operations and infrastructure through a practical readiness lens, combining trusted peer expertise with clear frameworks and hands on support.

TRC is best known for convening senior practitioners through its European Summit and roundtables, and for its structured services such as the TRC Technology Readiness Audit and Tech Director as a Service, both designed to strengthen governance, strategy, data protection, cybersecurity, systems integration and sustainable change.

At its core, TRC is exactly what the name suggests: a council. A community built on candour, shared experience and high standards, where schools learn together, challenge assumptions and translate big ideas into real operational improvement.
