EmpowerED State of Play of EdTech and the EdTech Ecosystem in Europe

The third and final annual EmpowerED State of Play report, a deliverable of the three-year European Commission–funded EmpowerED Project (2023–2025), provides an overview of the current status of the European EdTech ecosystem. It maps key actors and their interdependencies and examines the main factors influencing the development, procurement, and adoption of educational technology across Europe.
