The European EdTech Ecosystem Roadmap 2025

The European EdTech Alliance has released a final policy guidance report as the culminating output of the European Commission funded EmpowerED project, which has come to an end in December 2025. The 2025 report focuses on what it takes to enable intentional, well-supported innovation in education that is firmly aligned with European values.

It offers five interlinked objectives each supported by practical recommendations, enabling conditions, potential roadblocks, and inspiring examples from across Europe.
